    I purchased a complete sailboat cover in 2015 or so. Poorly designed, panels are way too heavy to handle, aluminum and mild steel jaw system to put frame together is always loosening and needs constant tightening. They messed up the original design and when I notified them, offered no path to solution. Subsequent emails to them re: how to deal with black mold forming inside due to their poor ventilation design, and other requests went entirely unanswered. They have no concept of customer service, only extracting $3K for a poorly designed and made product, then ignoring you. If that is what you are looking for, 'come on down'. If not, go somewhere else. Anywhere else. I wish I had.
