When they finally got it right after a week, It jumped to 14.99/mo. And they said the time frame for the original offer had elapsed and there was "nothing they could do about it." Of course, both deals locked you in for a year, non-cancelable. I asked to speak to the department manager in Circulation And Was Refused! I'm thinking extraordinary measures are appropriate. I haven't subscribed to a news paper or organization in 15 years except the venerable New York Times. The Star is not venerable. They shame the history of Canadian jouirnalism. To have sunk so low, a one-time insitution for our country. Pathetic! Avoid These Scammers.
