Giant Tiger

Love Giant Tiger... There at least once a week... Only one problem...Karen. This sales associate is the rudest and most unfriendly associate I have ever met in a Giant Tiger. I just put up with her when necessary...but try my darndest to go to another cash out. This last time last week took the straw. I tried to be friendly put my groceries up to be checked, paid and then I guess I didn't take my groceries off the counter fast enough. I soon was told to remove my bags as someone else was waiting. Honestly not one minute had gone by. The lady in line behind me looked at Karen like what the heck is your problem...then turned and said to Karen can she at least have a minute to gather her bags up... I had 4 bags to grab. The last time I had a problem with her I had to return 2 things that were on separate receipts. She looked at them and then me and said I would have to find the receipt for her for each of these...which I did. But the writing was right there...if she works there she should know how to read the receipts. I am so done with this lady. I will stand in line and wait for someone else before I go to her line again. I have heard so many other customers speak poorly about her customer service on their way out of the store. I can's understand how she hasn't been reprimanded for her performance but another associate said she never gets into any trouble no matter how rude she is with people... Anyway will always shop Giant Tiger...just not at her counter.
